Not every home needs a full rebuild. This family had spaces that no longer served them well, alongside parts of the residence that already worked just fine, and the project needed to respect that difference rather than remodel everything by default.
Black cabinetry paired with a wood slat island gives the kitchen texture and warmth without touching the home's existing footprint. The budget went into details the family would use every day instead of square footage they didn't need.
A black freestanding tub and a black-and-gold double vanity turn the primary bath into the centerpiece of the project, even on a scope this focused.
An outdoor patio with a fireplace and string lighting rounds out the project. Even with a focused scope, the outdoor space got the same attention as everything else.
