The homeowners loved their Arcadia location, but after years of layered, previous remodeling, the house itself had stopped working for how the family actually lived. Rather than patch over what was already there, Trinity stripped the home back to the studs and rebuilt it properly from the inside out.
All-new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems went in before a single finish was chosen, which meant the kitchen could be planned around the family's actual routine instead of the limitations of 1990s wiring. Black cabinetry and open wood shelving give the room warmth without losing the clean, updated feel the family was after.
The primary bath pairs a glass-enclosed shower with a freestanding tub and a double vanity in warm wood tones. It photographs well, but it was built for an ordinary Tuesday morning first.
Blue tile and brass fixtures in the secondary bath, custom millwork throughout, and a sage green laundry room finished with the same care as the rest of the house. New roofing and a family-sized addition rounded out the project.
