Trinity Homes Remodeling is run by husband-and-wife team Slade and Becky Gibson. Slade learned the trade watching his father show up for people with honesty and a handshake you could count on, and that's still the standard the business runs on. Slade leads the build, Becky leads design, and together they've spent decades treating every remodel like it's personal, because to them, it is.
Most of what we build today are whole-home remodels and additions, concentrated in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and Arcadia. Custom home building from the ground up is where Trinity got its start, and it's still very much part of what we do for the right project and the right family.
That approach shows up in the details: transparent line-item estimates before work begins, direct communication when something needs to change mid-project, and a two-year workmanship warranty with scheduled six-month and eleven-month check-ins after you move back in.
Slade & Becky Gibson
Building since he was 16 and running his own company by 27, Slade brings decades of hands-on experience across nearly every trade. For him, it's never just about the house, it's about the relationship. He leads with faith, transparency and a strong sense of purpose. Outside of work, he's a devoted husband, dad to six, and grandpa who loves smoked meats and family time.
Becky's love for design began with her own first home remodel, and she's brought warmth and a steady hand to Trinity's projects ever since. She helps clients feel supported through the ups and downs of a remodel, not just the finish line. Outside of work, she's usually in the garden, on the boat with family, or hunting for finds at a vintage market.
Javier keeps projects moving with hustle, humor and hands-on leadership. A proud dad of three, his gardening and former bartending background sharpened the patience and communication he brings to every job site. He's known for his upbeat attitude, a steady supply of Red Bull, and a jobsite playlist that swings from Taylor Swift to cumbias.
Nick grew up around builders and developers, which sparked a lifelong love of custom homes long before he joined Trinity. He brings energy and creativity to every conversation, whether he's meeting with homeowners or out on a site visit. Outside of work, he's usually playing golf, hiking, or testing out a new recipe.
After 18 years in retail, Abraham brought his organization, patience and work ethic into construction, where they've served him well. He takes pride in being part of a team and pitching in wherever he's needed. Outside of work, he's usually spending time with his wife and daughters, often with a good podcast on. His favorite advice: measure twice, cut once.
Madison's passion for design comes from a love of creating spaces that feel peaceful and inspiring, from cohesive design boards to the finishes that pull a room together. Four years living in Italy still shape her aesthetic today. Outside of work, she's often hiking, spinning, traveling, or hanging out with her husband and their two dogs.
Cristian comes from a family of builders and brings a steady, thoughtful presence to every job. He finds the most pride in turning a house into a home, and always has a movie quote ready. Outside of work, he's usually outdoors hiking, hunting or fishing, or cheering on his kids at a soccer game.
Hank is a Fox Red Labrador and the office's beloved Paw-ject Manager. His responsibilities include taste-testing snacks, inspecting garbage cans, and alerting the team to every delivery with an enthusiastic bark. He brings a lot of joy to the office, and he knows it.
